The system is user friendly which I really enjoy using. I sincerely thank COMSEC for this initiative.

Using CS-DRMS to record and manage Public Debt has really improved and enhanced the way the Department of Treasury (Debt Division) manages public debt in my country.

With so many useful features of CS-DRMS like management tools, we're able to create various scenarios, and see the impact of new borrowings. Hence we're moving from passive debt management to a more pro-active debt management - which is really good.

As a System Administrator, I have learnt to use the system and acquired knowledge on system administration but also on using the system. When I was approached by the users on system errors, I had no idea what the errors were all about. Now I am better equipped to assist users in most user related technical issues.

The system is certainly a technological innovation that will help a country manage its debt in an efficient and effective manner.

"The Central Bank, for more than 20 years now, has hosted CS-DRMS, providing a supporting role to the Ministry of Finance in managing Government's debt. This software has allowed us to maintain a database inclusive of gross external and domestic debt, giving us the capacity to effectively and efficiently track and forecast outstanding debt at any given time."

CS-DRMS 2000+ is very user-friendly and simple to use. There were some features in the system that I didn't know about but after attending a CS-DRMS workshop, I know what they are for and I now can utilize those features.
